You do realise that's east of Donetsk, well inside rebel territory, and probably quite dangerous for a foreigner to get to?

Had to look that up and found two towns in Ukraine with that name, one in Donetsk and one in Crimea. I can't imagine a lady inviting you to the Donetsk region at this time due to the conflict over there. It's best you try to meet in Kiev. If she Kirovske Crimea, you will have to get a Russian visa. Let us know what Kriovske she's at and we may be able to help you better.
