I don't think he is all shook up from your views, FT.  More than likely he tried to time his honey pot just right and took too much viagra only to lose out to an episode of Jeopardy.  All the blood rushing with only Alex Trebeck for $100 to show for it.  haha

I haven't followed this thread as RWD already has enough inane topics.  Is the reference to  "Jeopardy (one of my past favorites) - Viagra - honey pot" less obtuse if I had followed the thread?  Or is this just another attempt by LFU to insult, who usually employs some wit, yet in this case falls on his face.  I will give LFU the benefit of the doubt by assuming this simply exceeds the capacity of my ED-impaired brain.

Do you find viagra and Jeopardy offensive?  Or is it the idea of mixing the two?  In any case, you should talk to Mushy about that.  I assure you, whether you give me the benefit of the doubt or not is of no concern to me.

No, I used the word obtuse to suggest the use of the two in combination or alone was witless

Contestant:   "Unusual Psychological Conditions category for $400 please."

Alex reading the clue:  "The symptoms exhibited in LFU's posts at RWD."

Contestant:  "What is  Asperger Syndrome?"

Alex:  "Judges please...(pause)...The judges accept the answer given the complexity of LFU, although we were looking for 'What Is Paranoid Personality Disorder.' "

Oh dear, looks like my comment to Muzh hit home or Gator has been hitting the wine box again.   Just be thankful those little pills give you something to look forward too besides Jeopardy and chocolate pudding.

Hell, anything would be better than randomly calling people who sign up to this board to talk smack about other members.  Talk about personality disorder.

Interesting that the term chocolate pudding popped out of your head.  Very revealing.

Being blessed in many ways I have much to enjoy each day, each week, each year.   May you too enjoy such blessings.  BTW, unlike Supreme Know-It-Alls such as you,  I stopped watching Jeopardy years ago.

To refresh your memory, he initiated the call.  So now we can add dissociative disorder to your list of psychological conditions.   Your meds cocktail numbers how many pills?    To avoid dreadful mistakes, I guess you need multiple pill cases in different colors as shown below.

To your credit, I will admit that I made a mistake in conversing with the bearded and follicle-challenged elder.   Do you admit mistakes?

Isn't chocolate pudding what they feed old people since it's easy to chew?   :D   I'm afraid to even ask what popped into your head.

Ah, thanks for all the blessings, man, but it looks like we can add passive aggressiveness to your chart.

I wish I knew everything.  I'm trying to learn from you old dudes.  Like, for instance, when you want sexy time do you have to put it on the calendar to make sure you pop those pills beforehand or do you just pop them everyday hoping today is the lucky day?

BTW, how is the hangover?

haha  Yeah, I bet you were all over that call to tell FT about the time GQ didn't buy his round of drinks.

No meds at all.  You have to force me to take an aspirin.  I'm all about he healthy living.  For instance, I just downed a vegie shake and will be hitting the weights and a little yoga soon afterwards.

You should try it, maybe it will help get that old blood circulating again.

ha! It doesn't surprise me you would admit to a mistake like talking to FT instead of admitting to what your real mistake is/was.  I would like to say that is very revealing about you but you revealed that side of yourself a long time ago.

BINGO! the snake is slithering past the parts he is uncomfortable taking credit for...by the way he falsely characterized the conversation he would have you wrongly think he was heroic!

After the fall of communism, the biggest mistake Boris Yeltsin's regime made was not to disband the KGB altogether. Instead it changed its name to the FSB and, to many observers, morphed into a gangster organisation, eventually headed by master criminal Vladimir Putin. - Gerard Batten

Snowden is certainly a puzzling person.  Hopefully US intelligence recruitment learned something from this, and usually they’re pretty good at hindsight, just not so much in the opposite direction.

Snowden’s profile only partially matches the Intelligence community’s general HR profile; the nepotism part, his family had broad and deep ties to the federal government, this helped open the door for him.  After breaking both his legs shortly after joining the military and receiving a discharge, he received a clearance working as a regular old fashioned security guard in College Park, UMD (go terps! at the Center for Advanced Study of Language), clearances are time consuming and expensive, maybe this appealed to some future budget conscious low-level CIA director (or maybe it WAS deliberate on his part), however I’m more of a 'don’t attribute to malice what can instead be attributed to plain old stupidity kinda guy’, either way this opened the door even wider for him.    Two years later, Snowden was offered a position at the CIA, and so finally was able to walk completely through the door.  Based on his background, I find his job offer astonishing!  For instance, the NSA/CIA has a certain kind of “mold” that they like their candidates to be cast from, besides nepotism, they like Ivy League schools.  Snowden’s educational background is kind of strange to say the least!  He never graduated high school, instead he took a GED test.  He also never received an undergraduate degree, and instead took classes at Anne Arundel Community College,  then he worked online toward a master's degree at the University of Liverpool, England but never received a degree.  This lack of formal education and yet still being admitted to the CIA is truly puzzling, normally he wouldn’t even qualify for an interview.  The fact that he never completed his military training, that he had a major health issue that caused him to drop out of high school (and to go the GED route instead), are also Intelligence agency “red flags”, but still SOMEHOW he got in...

In general I don’t think his revelations were very damaging to the government and they have displayed the usual over reaction to such cases (my personal being Kevin Metnick).  Most, if not all of the high level information was publicly available and details of the Patriot Act have been well reported upon.  In general, the public doesn’t really care very much about the issues he raises, and I’m surprised such a ‘smart guy’ like him didn’t realize this before he started.  Maybe, just maybe he felt he was already doomed!  Right before he committed his theft of CIA data, Snowden was employed at security firm Booz Allen (love that name).  There were some resume inconsistencies that were picked up and questioned after he started working there. Such details can do more than just get you fired, you could (shutter) be fired and then blacklisted and no longer be allowed to work “in the field”, who knows if this was a factor which led to some form of paranoic meglo-mania and motived Snowden “to go rogue” or whether Snowden really was a whistle-blower with the greater public good in mind.  Snowden won’t tell us and neither will the government which needs to paint him in as harsh a light as possible and over-state the damage done, to tighten the screws and pad budgets

I tend toward the inept explanation. I doubt he was a planted spy.
