He has several videos about Chernobyl, which made him popular.  He speaks fluent russian, at a basic level.  I believe he used to be married to a Belarusian.  There are also several more videos of Belarus and remote parts of Russia.

He also speaks Hindi, which is very unusual, and he has several videos of him travelling in India. 

The last video he posted was from Armenia.  He couldn't get a flight to where he wanted to go (Georgia, I think) and instead got a flight to Moscow.  This was when the coronavirus was starting to spread in europe.  He hasn't posted anything since.  I hope he's ok.

He somehow got from Moscow to Belarus, where quarantined for 14 days.

Whilst I've watched him make a total knob of himself in the US with his Norwegian mate, Harald, I find him compulsive viewing

Mr. Bald and Mr. Baldr have been living on the edge for some time.   Looks like it bit him this time. 
Last I heard about Harold, he was in Sri Lanka, which I suppose is one of the safer countries so far.
