What links do you have to the FSU?

Just out of interest this one, so roughly what links do you have as an individual or couple to the FSU? This may be Orthodox Churches, Family and Relatives, Friends, Aqaintances, Social or Charity Groups in home country or similar, Social Media contacts, etc. Would just be interested to hear how members stay in the loop if you do or maybe on the other hand prefer not to and are not so interested in such?
