BUSTED! (Part 2) The Truth WILL Come Out!

Ok guys, I want to thank everyone for all the great feedback.
I started this separate thread to make sure this is seen by many, and not lost in the middle of another thread. PLEASE read the whole thread. I know it is long, but I hope that my experience will be valuable to others.....

A little more background on me. First, I am from the Chicago area. I have been to the FSU countries a few times. I have met women both thru and outside of agencies. Actually, I now maintain a friendship with someone that I met (by accident) through Wife Connections (the Russian branch of Confidential Connections). Originally, I had gone to Krasnodar Russia to meet with a particular girl. It bombed on the first date. Not because of a lack of chemistry. Not even because she had me take her to the most expensive restaurant in Krasnodar. But because she kept asking me questions that I had already clearly laid out in previous letters to her. And it was especially irritating that she kept asking me if I would spoil her. I knew something wasn't right.
In any case, I thought the week might be a loss, so I agreed to meet a few other women, one woman who IRONICALLY was recommended by the male translator at the Krasnodar branch of WC (CC). Well, wouldn't you know it. We instantly hit it off, we then exchanged phone and emails, and we write to each other to this day. Our relationship almost did not happen, as the female translator there (WC) told me that my girl did not want to meet with me anymore. Of course I was sad and confused, as we had hit it off BIG time in regard to chemistry on our first date. I insisted that the agency call her back for an explanation, as I was in the middle of Russia with my heart dropped to my feet, and I felt that I could not go any lower. Well, thank goodness, the male translator called her, we set up another meeting, exchanged emails and phone numbers, and the rest is history. I now have learned that the female translator was interested in me, and didn't want me and my girl to meet again! Pretty crazy, and definitely a lack of professionalism by WC, in addition to lying to me about a potential future wife!

In addition, like many other guys in a long-distance romance, I want to do everything possible to determine if she may be the right one. Our plan as of now is to meet in Russia for Christmas. In the meantime, I lightly correspond with a few other women, though nothing serious. One lady I mentioned in my previous post titled "BUSTED". Actually, I am now more than ever motivated to BUST this agency. ENOUGH is ENOUGH! I also know that this will not be easy, but I am determined to let others know the truth about what has been long suspected. (I'm sure the news media would eat up a good Russian-Bride Story). Well, maybe. You never know with them.

Now I will tell you another interesting part of this story.
As a part of my little plan to catch these guys lying or using deceitful and unethical practices (WC-CC), I had a friend write many of the same women that I had written, including my present Russian sweetheart. Well, he received a letter back from my girl, through the WC agency. I wrote her and confronted her on it, and below is my letter to her, and then her response back to me.

several women at the wife connections agency where we first met. He also
wrote you, and he told me that you replied to him with a letter. I have
copied the letter below. Please tell me, did you write this letter below to
him? You know that I have loved and trusted you with my heart, and I am
faithful to YOU. Please be honest with me and tell me the truth. Did you
write the letter below? Am I still your only Prince? If you did not write
the letter below, I am upset that the "Wife Connections" agency in Krasnodar
is doing such a terrible thing. I will await your letter.

life. It would be interesting to me to know more about your life. In my turn
I promise to answer all your questions if you have any of course. It would
be very interesting to me to know more about your country. I was very
impressed with your letter which left a warm mark on my soul. I suppose you
a very interesting man and would like to know you better. It is a great
pleasure to hear it from such a man. I don't speak English. It is my fond
dream to study English. I have never been abroad but would like to travel
and see other countries. I hardly know anything about your country. I listen
to different music. I think that life is a journey and when you destroy the
journey you also destroy your life. The city where I live, Krasnodar, is
situated near the Black Sea. I like both tropical places and mountainous
places. The weather is almost always warm and the summer is always hot and sunny.

Tell me a little bit about yourself, please.

What is your day like? What do you usually do in the days? What would you do to conquer a lady? What are your unrealized dreams? What was the happiest event in your life?

My dream is to meet the one person who I can fall in love with, make a home
and have a family. Before having children, I want to travel the world with
the special man who I will love forever. We would have beach holidays for
some weeks in winter, in the warmest places in the world. We would visit
places far away and nearby, spending time with each other. At home, we would
make dinner parties for friends and when we are together, to make food
together, to sit on the sofa on cold days drinking warm coffee with music
on, holding each other in our arms, being happy. Watching films at home,
going to cinemas, theatres and exhibitions. Maybe we can play sports
together and when we are alone, well, doing what married couples do. What
about you, xxxxx? ) I am waiting for your letter, xxxxx!

Her response to me (sent to my home email from her home email regarding the above matter and letters:

As silly, silly, silly! I see this letter for the first time! If you wish to know the truth about this agency then receive it, I now to you shall tell all. To you that it country Russia easier did not wish to tell and all is told by it. Here all so is constructed.

 This agency does so: first you come to them, sign the contract, then their translators write letters, " they know as to write " motivating it is that there absolutely other mentality. Then this letter is automatically dispatched, and the some people find. As and with you my prince. You thought it I wrote to you letters?  they at all did not wish to give me your e-mail address. It they corresponded up to our meeting and our acquaintance. And so acted with all. And now continue it to do. I do not go any more there since that moment as we with Олей and with Alla have quarrelled (have sworn). помниш that all has begun with that that Olga wished to meet you, and I about it have learned. After that as you have left I still have called and have told about it, that so is not fair, it to me has arrived, instead of to Оле.
 Following a minus of this company: I already very much for a long time wanted To take an interest at you, it was simple somehow not absolutely correctly. When you do delivery for me, well for example as an example last time. You have sent me a basket with fruit and a champagne. It was very pleasantly and perfectly! BUT HOW MANY MONEY YOU HAVE sent THEM ON THIS SURPRISE? You Know why I ask? Because they do so: receive money (even if they a little) go on the market, are bought with fruit not so fresh, not large and not beautiful on a kind, then buy the cheapest champagne. And Spend on it accordingly it is less and this difference in money take away to itself. It is Russian validity - here all so, therefore I do not wish to live here. Here very few good people. All these good people have already left from Russia.

 I wish something to prove to you, only because this agency so acts. I have written already to you above that for the first time I see this letter. And a name such  for the first time I hear too.
I am upset also I cry :-((( I hate this agency. IT NOT the TRUTH, NOT the TRUTH, NOT the TRUTH....

Well there you have it..... An actual story that these girls sign a contract and then the agency sends the letters.... Pretty sad.....
That's all for now guys. I do hope that this story will have a happy ending for all guys who try to pursue a FSU woman, though I know that we can never totally eliminate the risks, but only try to reduce them.....

look at my post on CC, CC is a scam. Nothing else. They pick up two kinds of women. Some interested to have good free time with western men, most of them student, no letter are written to you, the second category are single women not able to communicate with you directly because they don't know english and not have sufficiant income to support this. They are used by the agency and scammed too.

I get all details too from a former employee and three ex members (women) :

- Women does not write letters, they are cut and paste by translator. If  you are writing to a girl belonging on the second category (an honest one who want to meet someone). They will call her and read your letter bad translated. The girl will come to the office and/or answer to you by phone, the translator will change 40% of the letter adding romance.

When a girl ask to be removed from the agency, this take a long time if someone is writting to her .... I consider myself more than lucky to have met someone with this scam ... but:

- I managed my travel myself and did not pay for their package
- I do not use their services, the cousin of the woman I'm dating was our interpret.
- I do not even go in their office as I meet this woman just in front of the elevator ....

So if you go trough the filter, there are honest women....but CC is really a well done scam.

Sorry to take this off topic, but it seems to me you've made promises to this girl about exclusivity despite the fact that you're writing to other women, and then you have the cajones to take her to task for allegedly writing to your friend?

I hope for her sake she has other "only Princes" she's writing to.

Again, CC is not worth it. Try another agency with better and more trustworthy credentials!

It is sad to be scammed, but I can understand the feelings and emotions.  I think that I was scammed , but  she never received any money from me.   The great beattledog is now looking again.   This girl was good at this.

Be always honest... you don't know what can happen.... I was writting to two sisters and the translator was her cousin..... But I was not aware ....At one time, I told one of the sister that I will stop to write to her because I can not promise her something when I knew that I was thinking to someone else ...

When I went for the first time in Ukraine to meet her,  I see her one evening coming with her sister .. I can tell you that I was happy to have hold this line of conduct ...

If you want sympathy you ain't gonna find it here. You knew their reputation, you chose to use them, live with your decision. That is the truth of it, no matter what kind of spin you try to put on it.

Thanks to all for he informative advice. I agree with many others on here that it is good to always post current situations, whether good or bad, even if the post repeats information or an agency that was previously discussed. I say that because, most of us, including me, do not have time to sift thru the thousands of posts on here and other message forums, though I have searched thru many of them. As for prior knowledge of the CC – WC agency, I did NOT know of the severity of what was going on there. IF I had, surely I would have approached things differently. I’ve only been on this board for recent months, so I did NOT know of much of the garbage until after the fact. As for the 1 or 2 guys on here that get all emotional about postings, take it easy and don’t stress yourself. THIS IS ABOUT HELPING OTHERS. We all make mistakes in life, myself included. We learn from those mistakes, and then hopefully move on. As for me, I am fine, no tears in my eyes, and no whine :-( with my cheese :-) . My goal in any of my posts is to inform the majority of other guys out there that are considering a trip abroad to find their dream girl. As for CC, actually I DO know of some friends that used them and did meet a girl, and were successful. So like any other SMART person, I investigated and experienced FIRST HAND what these guys were about. After all, I have always traveled on my own, with my own bookings, and I have only used the CC agency once for actual hotel package booking (my first trip). Since then, I HAVE begun to use other agencies, and IF I do meet a girl from CC or WC, I try to pull that girl out of their money-loop as quick as possible. As for girls, yes I have had regular communications with a girl who I originally met thru WC, and I have good feelings about the situation. BUT, like many guys on here have WISELY suggested, you can be sure I am going to check her out to the fullest extent. It’s only the smart thing to do considering all the women who scam these days. Anyway, thanks to “doctae” for confirming what I now know first hand to be a fact about CC and WC. AS FOR MY POSTINGS, I ONLY HAVE ONE GOAL REGARDING AGENCIES THAT ARE NOT LEGIT, AND THAT IS TO BRING THE TRUTH TO THE SURFACE SO THAT OTHERS DO NOT GET BURNED IN THE FUTURE. SIMPLE AS THAT. BOTTOM LINE, THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH STUPIDITY FOR USING CC, IT IS ABOUT THE FACT THAT WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS NOT RIGHT. PERIOD. AND it should be exposed for any agency that show a repeated history of wrong doing. AND someone needs to regulate these agencies. We can only inform each other of what we know to be the facts and situations that we have been in. There will always be someone that likes or hates any particular agency. Even what many call the legit agencies on this board, often receive criticism and accusations against their good agencies. That’s why it always pays to investigate any claims of right or wrong. And, I AM GLAD TO DO MY PART IN HELPING TO EDUCATE OTHERS, as well as becoming more educated and wise to the FSU dating scene. THANKS AGAIN TO ALL FOR YOUR GREAT POSTS!

Although I am personally sick of writing about CC, I will tell you that I found out about the agency through reading RWG (RWD was not around then  ) and listening to Jack.

I was talking with Jack about going on one of his fall tours and he asked me about any correspondences. I told him about CC, he politely told me that I was probably being scammed. But the letters were not cut and paste, they were original each time. So I simply could not believe ( - yes, I was quite stupid  ) that an agency would have someone "cooking" the letters especially for me.  Through Jack's contacts, he found the woman at her parents house in Ukraine and she said that she knew me.

I kept on writing to her anyway (for a week or two) before I was to meet her in Ukraine because I thought that if I were to stop writing, she would think that I lost interest. I knew there was a chance in being scammed (after Jack told me what he had found out) but I was prepared to write a few more letters because I wanted to keep the "chance" alive.

So, buyer beware, but I can understand somewhat what FSU Rookie went through.  And my post is meant to also help to educate others to stay away from CC.

I am glad your gal turned out to be for real Voyager.   I am sure it is like going to the big agency socials.  Most of the gals are scammers and pro daters but a few are real gals with real hopes and dreams and good motives.   CC has enough people involved that some of the gals will be real.  Glad you hit the jackpot.

T/G, my wife was not on the CC site.  I met the woman from CC in Kiev but she was a professional dater who had no interest in me and had never read or written a letter to me.
