College Educated v. Non College Educated Women
« Reply #125 on: June 26, 2024, 12:54:15 PM »
Perhaps I'm just showing my ignorance, but if one is going to school for so many years how do they survive? I know grants and such are available but isn't it idiocy to run up a huge pile of debt without any type of guarantee of employment? I'm not talking about the medical, engineering or similar fields but fields like philosophy, history etc..

In the FSU the girls live with Mom and Dad. In the USA there are a number of ways.
1. Live with Mom and Dad, they pay for everything.
2. Work
3. ROTC or the GI Bill
4. Get a scholarship
5. Have rich parents to pay for it
6. Borrow tons of money
7. Make a deal with the devil (the US government)
8. Go part time and pay as you go

If you select #6 (or any of these) Don't study something stupid. Don't
study, lesbian studies, art, some liberal social major. You need to study
one of the Stem fields or business. You need a high paying job immediately
after graduating or you will live in poverty of your own making for a decade
or more.

If you make a deal with the government, get it in writing, follow up and
make sure you don't get Fooked (most get F'ed).

IINM, Professors and Associate Professors have tenure (lifetime employment contracts), while Assistants do not.

A tenured professor can generally be fired for one of three reasons: (1) "moral turpitude" (e.g., sexual assault, theft), (2) incompetence and/or refusal to do their job (typically backed up by some kind of investigation), or (3) if the department in which they are tenured is dissolved.
A beautiful woman is pleasant to look at, but it is easier to live with a pleasant acting one.

big brains are a bigger turn on than big boobs.. anyone else ever noticed that smart
women are better in bed?

There are plenty of non college educated women in the FSU who are pretty clever or
quick on their feet. There are more than a few educated women who do dumb things.

In my opinion, match yourself to who you seek. Don't pursue a girl who is significantly
more educated then yourself. If you have a masters in physics, you can marry a girl
with a degree in teaching and be perfectly happy in my opinion. If you are a plumber
you probably shouldn't pursue a girl with the equivalent of a PhD in astrophysics.

If you are an artist, you will drive the engineering/science girls nuts, then she will kill you
in your sleep and you will be buried in a shallow grave then your bones will get scattered
by wild animals. If this isn't what you seek then avoid this type of girl if you are an artist.

There is nothing wrong with a shop girl, a hair dresser or a waitress especially if she is
young. If she is 35+ then you want to investigate deeper why she is at this employment
level.

Udachi!

All I would add here is that I think the same/similar type of brain go together. If you for example are into current affairs and the girl isn't into discussing such, then how to carry on a conversation? It won't likely be with a one sided talk on current affairs while the other one sits there bored stiff.

Is there any other commonality? Something to share discussion over? If so then you might still be matched enough, however if not then bring in a relationship with someone who you struggle to talk too might become difficult.

At present I am with a girl where we are if similar mind I think in our thoughts, we have a few different interests but our minds are fairly similar thinking. I am not sure if I would fit with other girls that easily I am probably quite specific I think, but I guess you never know.

There might be some merit to your idea. You can probably eliminate a few
types from a search, but I still think the best way is to spend time together
talking about every subject under the sun.

That's my two kopecks
