Wife and I viewed this video, and we sent it to some of her people back in Ukraine.

General analysis was that while it might be a nice place to live, it was not a nice place to travel from to work in more central Kyiv.

There is no nearby Metro and the streets are clogged with cars.

Irpin is a one hour commute.  About same as my commute time when not work from home.

I thought the same thing about the travel. Maybe a nice place but you have to drive to get anywhere.
