I know a hundred people who speak Spanish (maybe more) but almost
all of them speak it at an education level lower than you should seek out.

My advice is to find somebody in Spain or another country that has a University
education in Spanish. You are very professional and astute and you need
a practice partner who is equally professional and who doesn't use poor or 
uneducated Spanish.

Maybe search for at a language department in Spain that has students
that study Russian?
