Not eactly sue what to think. They put pictures from 1999 to 2004 but the website has been up only since 2001.

realizing this is a very old topic, I can assure you they are a scam agency.   I used them in 2004 in Sevastopol, I was "writting" a girl (Page 1 of course) and planned a trip in UA in and around her. She said the agency could help with many things ,places to stay ,tours and on and on.
 When I arrived I was told they would contact her,(always use a agency that gives personal info out) 2 days passed,and I was getting pissed off. So I hired my landlady and we headed off to the Office. Turns out the sign said it was a pycalogical center (sorry about the spelling) We walk in and the 2 of them are first stunned ,and second they begin on a smear campain.
 It was a joke ,and I was than told to "go find her yourself"  I had nothing else to do,and so I did just that. She was never in on this scam ,Im sure of that, but her parents may have alot to do with it. As I spoke to both of them,how do I know ? Well Manita got her info from the university she attended,this was the info I had from a email.
Turns out shes in Moscow ,but both parents spoke desent English,yet when I spoke to Tamara on her cell phone,(number given by classmates) .I called her and told her I was here. She said "Nooooo" and than said she didn't speak English ,and hung up.
 Forget about this place ,it's a complete waste.

Yeah they are scammin, I almost went there but figured it out before and changed plans. They want you to rent their rooms, take their tours and on and on.

They basically lure you in to sell you services.

The girl I wrote to also spoke english but I could only get her on the phone once.
