Entry/Arrival Card?
« on: January 15, 2007, 12:35:06 PM »
Does anyone have one of those arrival cards all passengers have to fill out on board the airplane before landing in the U.S.A.? Or maybe a weblink to a scanned one? Thanks!

My wifes mom & nephew just got their visas to come to the US and I want to fill it out (they dont speak any english) to make it easy for them.

Report to come of my mother in laws trip to Kiev to get her visa!

Thanks.... Dave

rasdave,

If they are coming on Aeroflot or one of the other FSU airlines the flight attendants will help them out.  Have you done any google searches for it? Checked the government web sites? Just some thoughts.

The link that Gator provided is the card that all passengers must fill out, whether US citizens or not. I also remember from my flights back to the US, that those with visas must also fill out the I94 form.   http://www.cbp.gov/xp/cgov/travel/id_visa/i-94_instructions/filling_out_i94.xml

Thanks Gator & wxman! I just couldnt remember the form #'s to do the searches. 11 trips and I cant remember everything!

I really appreciate it. Anything I can do to make it easier for my mother-in-law, the better.

Here is one more link to form I-94. I translated it into Russian (left picture) and filled it as an example.
