Hello Everyone!

Hey gang,
Just dropping by to say hey! I am very new to these boards, just been looking the past couple days. I myself am young. Probably one of the youngest on here... being 22. I went to Russia when I was 13 and it was one of the most memorable trips of my life. I remember it almost as if it was yesterday. Well I look forward to meeting new people, learning some things, and sharing what I learn/already know.

Welcome!  You might want to check out the "RWD AQ" section in the upper left corner of the sign in screen as it is a very good synopsis of what you will face in this adventure.  Your best course of action is to read, read, read and make yourself knowledgable and then decide if it is for you.  Best of luck to you.

Thanks for the advice. I will tell you one thing... I wish I could get in contact with one of the girls I met while over there, we used to write back and forth when I was younger... I still have her address, but I am pretty sure I am not writing it correctly haha.

Chris, why don't you check out if she's listed in the Russian White Pages (RIN : http://whitepages.rin.ru/cgi-bin/search_e.cgi), and give her a call if she is ;).

Russians don't have the mobility that we have in the US, so it's quite possible she still lives at the same place. 

If you want to scan it and email it to me, we can take a stab at reading it for you...
