Russian Time Zones for Dummies
« on: February 03, 2007, 07:49:14 PM »
Was Omsk 13 hours ahead or 14 hours?  Is it daylight savings time in Russia right now?  (They have daylight savings time, too, but they don't switch on the exact week as we do.)  Is it too late to call that hot blonde хохолушка in Krivoy Rog that you've been writing too?

If you can't remember what time it is in a certain Russian city, use this handy map:

We've got it pretty good on this one now as the family in Omsk is 12 hours later than us here in the frigid Mid-West. Makes it quite easy to know when to call.

Excellent link! Did you add it to the Wiki?

Its one of the reasons we love you Sandro. We're rather messy children at times!  ;)

You can also add a desktop display that shows how much warmer it is here in the sub-tropics of the southern USA :-))  LOL
The greater danger for most of us lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low, and achieving our mark.  michelangelo
