Apartment help and airport meeting?

Hello,

  I was wondering if anyone here can suggest a local Odessa company for apartments and a meeting at the airport to escort myself and friend to the apartment?
  At this point we are set up to get to Odessa with tickets and such but have yet to set up an apartment along with a translator...etc.. Any help would be appreciated.
