Womens day in Ukraine compered to womens day in my country..

Womens day in Ukraine and womens day in my country Norway are 2 differends story's:

In Ukraine:
This day is a big hollyday. The men buy gifts and flowers to their girlfriends and wife's . It is a celebration of the woman. A good and positive day of joy and happines

In Norway:
Angry women in the streets.....Angry women on TV shows....Angry women in standing on stands giving you folders about woman rigths, about radical political groups...It is not a hollyday at all, it is a negative day where the women you don't want to marry or wake up with are everywhere. Very few men buys flowers to his girlfriend or wife. Men don't like this day in Norway because of the radical groups using this day for a political purpose...

Secondary in FSU contries males are supposed to greet ALL women even those "the they don't want to marry or wake up with " but not only girlfrineds and wives

I asked you were you ready to greet those feminists if the holiday would be selebrated like it's in FSU? You would be obligated to do that you know  - that's a "point" of this holiday in FSU - you greet them not because they are "good" but just because the are women 

BTW what does prevent you, western males, just to buy flowers and present them to feminists with words you do like them too. I think if you told them so year after year then in some time you would get real March 8 in your poor western society too  ( and may be some years later you would even get Feb23 as well)

In fact, if I buy flowers to any of this ladies (feminist) they would be very angry at me and call me a sexist or something like this because they would suspect my motives for giving  this flowers. I fully respect the women and the women rigths, but I don't like this feminists, why is it always the girls/women you never would consider to be your wife or girlfriend that are feminists????

  The women seemed to anticipate and enjoy that day when I was there. I bought three sets of flowers for ladies and they appreciated them. Many men congratulated the ladies as I observed the day.

 Well anyway I like March,8. I like how it's selebrated in FSU ( though there are enough women here as well who see it like "descrimionation" - I recall it was such a discusion even at this board some time ago But what you( in general)  posted at this board in that day showed majority of you didn't get a meanig of this holiday So you "deserve" only feminists marshes  at your streets  Don't be upset you do have Valintine day after all That's enough for you I guess.

I would venture to say that the feminists are the ones who do not understand Women's Day.  They do not like the holiday, but perhaps if they learned the meaning of it, they might not be offended by it.
