Unscramble characters

In a message from an Irina, I got instructions on how to 'transcribe' or perhaps to 'pronounce' her name.

I already know that mostly the I in their language is pronounced as our long E.

So I should say, EEreena and EEra, I think.

But, in her message to me, she used some sort of symbols that do not display on my computer.  She sent message to two different e-mail accounts for me (as instructed) and I got two variations on the symbols.

Note that transcription of my name is [I:r'ı:nΛ] and  [ I:rΛ],
not   [Λ׀r':ínΛ].

The name Irina is pronounced as three syllables.  The phonetic equivalent would be: Eee-rrree-na, with a slight trilling of the 'r' in the second syllable.

 Sorry Albert, no one can do that.   You can though.  Go up to the top of your browser.  Click "View"  Then Click "Encoding"    Then start with Cyrillic (Windows)  If that does not work just work your way through the Cyrillic choices till you find the one that does but the windows one works 90% of the time.
