I think an agencies credibility is important.  Some agencies have long histories on the internet and not always good.  There is no Better Business Bureau (BBB) for marriage agencies, so what can you do? 
Investigate an agency and find out if there are any complaints from people who have done business with them in the past.  Check and re-check.  There are so many types of fraudulent agencies out there that it's hard to distinguish a good one from a bad one.
I recently had an exchange with Jack Bragg who reminded me of scammers, so I decided to review his history.  Below are some links from unhappy customers or people with limited experience dealing with Jack Bragg:

It was then that I began asking questions of people and I was recommended by a gentleman called Jack Bragg to email an agency http://www.lugan-girl.com. I was interested in the Ukraine due to its size compared to Russia and specifically a lovely area called Lugansk, which is in the East of the Ukraine. You may have heard of Lugansk before, but probably due to all the scam agencies and scam girls who operate there. Yes it is true I have had an encounter with one and also seen all the bad press on the net. But luckily for me and for my now fiancée Olga I found the only registered and trustworthy agency that I know of in Lugansk.

Don't forget to ask what are agency relationships.  Sometimes, like FirstDreams they have an association with other agencies, like KhersonGirls.

If they recommend the services of the other agency then you must decide if it is a "conflict of interest". 

It's not always in your best interest to be "referred" to another agency who quite possible "vested" interest in that agency.

I've kept my mouth shut about past experince with FirstDreams.  I only had one experience, and it was questionable.  I can't say I was cheated or that I was taken advantage of, so I'll just post the facts.  Others can make their own judgement.

I sent an email to Russian Bride List is early May requesting help with an apartment in Kiev.  It was Eurovision and I had some extra time to kill.  Jack was kind enought to offer me an apartment.  I accepted, and was under the impression that the cost was around $60.00 a day.

When I arrived and was taken to the apartment.  His manager, Galina, told me that it was now $80.00 a day.  Prior to Eurovision I could rent it for $60.00 a day.  Okay, I have no choice but to pay $400.00 for five days.  Maybe I was mistaken in the price, but who knows?  I was told by Rob that he and an acquaintance could have helped me for less.

Next, I went out with Galina the second night I was there.  We, Galina and I, along with her friend went to dinner and later to a disco.  I had a few too many drinks and was pretty wasted.  So, I pulled the money out of my wallet and gave it to Galina.  Because I trusted her.

I mistakenly had "most likely" mixed a $100 euro note in with the Ukrainian money and gave it to her.  She dropped me off later that evening and I fell asleep, alone.  The next morning, I looked in my wallet and it was empty.  I remember giving her my money and couldn't figure out what happened to the euro.  I thought maybe I had accidently given it to her and mentioned this when she came over later that morning.

Galina said I hadn't given her the $100 euro note.  Okay, so I lost it?  I'm usually really good about keeping my money close.  So most likely I did just "drop" it on the floor?  Who knows, but I let it die because I didn't want to believe that Galina had "scammed" me for the money.  I still don't believe she did.  But I can't be sure of it.

Bad memories....

So that's my brief history of doing business with Jack.

I still have the emails from Jack.  The price kept changing until I thought we had agreed on one.  But when I arrived the price was bumped up again.

But as you can see the price kept rising until my arrival and then it was $80.00.  I had already purchased my ticket on the belief the cost was going to be less...

In each business, you have ALWAYS people who are not happy and who make a rant ... More the business is big or old, more you are able to find so rant on the internet...

It is why first hand and fresh info are better that old rant... and if a agency have make some mistake in the past, i find more interesting to know how they have correct these problem... nobody is perfect... the same is true for agency...

It goes to show a pattern.  Old or new complaints are intended to show people how a business behaves and whether or not you should use their services.  Sorry, but this is a valid concept.

Hey Jack, Well I am back home now. I just wanted to thank all of you. When I decided to take this trip, I never thought that it would turn out as wonderful as it did. I thank you Jack for not letting me give up on my dream. Not in a million years would I have thought that I could meet so many wonderful ladies as I did onÂyour spring tour. The parties that you put on were just outstanding. Not only were they beautiful but very wonderful ladies in every aspect. I did get to talk to a few of the ladies that have gone to other tour companies socials. And everyone of them prefer your parties. They feel like they are more of a lady at your parties, and not just a show piece. The trip was great, you get out of the trip what effort you put into it. If
you want to date 5,6 or 10 women a day you can do that. if, like me, you
prefer to concentrate on one or 2 ladies in each town you can do that too.
Either way you will have a nice time and get to meet and know some great
people. I do not think any man could say that he did not see and date a
beautiful lady from the parties or the agencies. Beautiful women abound in
the Ukraine and Russia. If you prefer to see ladies in mini-skirts then the
Ukraine is the place to be. Russia away from the big cities has a lot of
lovely young ladies. And while they are young they are grown up and mentally
mature. No "Valley Girls" here.
They dress to impress all the time and they take good care of themselves,
not just physically but they have generally good educations and are 'into'
learning and continuing their education.

Yes you are investing a lot of time and money on ! a trip like this. But you
can in one trip fall in love with a terrific lady who will be sweet, kind,
loving and who will make a partner in life and love that you (in my opinion)
can not find anywhere in the United States of America.

Would I go on a trip again with Jack, Galina and First Dream? Yes I would
and will if things do not work out with the ladies I have found. Finding and
dealing with a marriage agency is very easy; but finding an honest agency is
a different thing and that is where First Dream comes into play. They know
the agencies and they know which ones are bad and which are good.

I will first say thanks to Jack and his wonderful staff of "Firstdream". You gave me 2 wonderful weeks in Ukrainia. I landed in Kyiv on 25 May. Jack had arranged for my trip to the first party in Kherson, so I was meet at Borispol and the on 26 May I took the nigthtrain to Kherson. At Kherson I went to the party, and there where many beautiful girls. I meet several girls that I spend time with after the party.ÂOne off this girls are very special to me, and she can be wife material. After Kherson we went to the beautiful city Odessa. I just feel in love with Odessa, what a beautiful city, and the girls...just awsome!! Nice party and I meet several girls here too. I had the time off my life in Odessa. I left Odessa with a smile on myÂmouth, and I know that I will go back to Odessa, maybe will I move here someday. And off course I meet several girls here too. My last city was Kyiv. Here we also had a nice party with many beautiful girls, and I meet several off th! em after the party. Kyiv is a beautiful big city, with a lot off opportunities. It is also a very safe city, indeed I felt safe wherever I was in Ukrainia, I think that Ùkrainia is a safe country in all ways. Yes I highly recommend "First dream.com". They have nice parties and that makes it easier to get in touch with the girls you like. You don't have to fight against 50 other guys. Jack and Galina where always there to help me if I had any questions at all. I rented a mobilphone and I could call them whenever I wanted, even in the nights. I also liked the other guys on the trip. Very sincere and nice men. I am still in touch withÂ3Âoff the guys, I regard them as my friends.ÂOk Jack can be a pain in the ass sometimes cause he pushed me to meet as many girls as possible, but he do this because he cares and because he wanted us to meet as many girls as possible. He know this game and told me that only hard work would give good results. He also helped me a LOT in the mo! nths before I left for Ukr. I had the best time of my life. Going to the Ukraine on the Firstdream spring tour was the best
decision I made. I went on a 5 city tour for 3 weeks and it was the time of my life. At the Firstdream
parties that I had attended I could not believe how beautiful all the women were. I was able to meet 40
to 60 women at every party. You can use agencies but your time is limited, and that is where Jack's
parties really helped out. These women enjoy going to these parties as well all you have to do is asked
them. Other tour company's do not treat them so kindly. All the men on the tour with me got along very
well and friendships have begun that will last a lifetime. I am 39 years old and I will never go back to dating
American women. I have Firstdream(Jack) for opening a new world for me and I will always be thankful. Jack
is going to tell you what he thinks period. He is not going to tell you what you want to hear sometimes but
you need to listen to him because he has many years experience dealing with FSU women. If anyone wants

I want to comment on my recent trip to the Ukraine during your fall 2004 group tour and about your services. WOW! For any of your prospective clients that are contemplating attending any of the larger socials tours, or basic services within the eastern European Countries, FirstDream's effectiveness and effeciency towards all of it's wonderful services, logisitics, education and support is more than I can put into a single Email. This trip, tour and experience was not what I expected. It was beyond anything I had imagined and a part of my life that I will never forget. From the moment that I got off of the plane, there was someone there with me and there to assist me in every and anyway. Their was as much or as little support I needed only a phone call away, 24x7. First I would like to say that I did meet a special lady in Dnepropetrovsk that I am quite serious about and whom I think I may someday marry. So I will say that my trip was very successful. I would like to say that Jack's party and the tour overall was very well organized and managed. My girlfriend also felt that FirstDream's party was the most organized and overall best party that she participated in. So I think that from both points of view, the men and the ladies, the parties were comfortable and very enjoyable. I would like to also say that at all the parties there was a wide variety of women representing many walks of life from Ukraine. And I think that is a important quality. While there were many nice and beautiful young ladies, there were also attractive more mature women for the older gentlemen with our tour. I am 32 years old and I felt that the mix of women was very good. Also, Jack was very good about making arrangements to get me where I wanted to be. After the Kherson party, I felt that I wanted to return to Dnepropetrovsk to meet my special lady, and Jack and his people had no problem making this happen and quickly. They also made arrangements to pick me up and return me to the Kiev airport when I arrived and departed. The term "social" has an awful reputation among most of the ladies I spoke with, and those that had will never again attend such "cattle-markets" . But at Jack's parties ladies are treated as they should be, with respect and dignity, and each lady I discussed this with told me they truly enjoyed the settings and party format very much and appreciated the taste in which they were held.

I had previously been on a social with one of the larger tour agencies. The experience taught me a lot, however not all of it good. Once I got away from the professional social girls I realized that these Russian women were truly wonderful and I would not be happy until I found such a good woman for myself. I made a trip to Ukraine by myself the next year where I met a wonderful lady but things just did not turn out for us.
As I started making plans for a return trip this year I had heard many good things said about the agency FirstDream. I contacted Mr. Bragg, told him of my experience and what I was looking for. Mr. Bragg indicated if I kept going about the process the same way I was I might be 100 years old before I met my Russian bride. I never thought I could see more than one lady on a trip, just not my nature, but Mr. Bragg showed me, convinced me, that it could be done with dignity.
I just returned from the Odessa-Kiev Fall Group Tour. I met a lot of ladies. I met many ladies at pre-arranged meetings and I met a lot of ladies at the socials, I mean parties. Several of the ladies at the parties were ladies that I had interest in and had invited these ladies there so I could met them. These parties were first class. Music, dancing, great food and plenty to drink, great interpreters. There were some fun games that were played and everyone seem to have a good time.

Just went on the Spring 2004 Firstdream group tour. This was my fourth trip to Ukraine and the first time I ever went as part of a group. On my previous three trips to Ukraine I went solo and I thought I had meet many fine Ukraine ladies. On my first weekend of the FirstGroup tour I had met more fine, beautiful and sincere ladies than I had met in total on my previously three trips. On the spring trip I went to every party in each city. I met close to 500 ladies from the parties and another 15 ladies I had been writing too at private meetings. I stayed in Ukraine an extra two weeks after the tour ended following up with more meetings from ladies I met on the tour.
While discussing our parties with some of the ladies I met, several made comments about other socials by other agencies. They all made comments about how they liked the way our tour group was different from the others. The group was smaller and more intimate and the party was well organized. One lady told me one social she attended basically consisted of the men picking ladies from the agency and the men would sit together while the ladies danced. With the Firstdream tour, we had tables where each man was able to make a visit of about 20 minutes before moving on to the next table. This method gave each man and all the ladies the chance to meet and speak with each other. We each had our own interpreter who accompanied us to each table of ladies. If any man had an interest in any of the ladies at the table, he would indicate this interest to his interpreter and the interpreter would follow up and get contact information from the ladies. This allowed the men to contact the ladies for subsequent meeting or dates and to find if there was mutual interest and possible compatibility. This method give you face to face, person to person contact with the ladies and is far more productive than a party with men sitting together on one side and the ladies dancing by themselves.[/font]

I think this method is far better than others based just on what I have heard from the ladies who attended other socials. Having previously attended *** socials and one of Jack Bragg's parties, I have some thoughts on the differences and which I personally liked better.
I did not like the *** socials very much. I thought they were somewhat demeaning to the women and it was very hard to just approach a table of 6 women and sit down and talk...especially when you also had to corale an interpreter to do so. The socials are really for extroverted, outgoing guys (I am an apparent extrovert who is actually very shy inside) who are in their late 20s to mid 30s. If you are a younger, good looking guy with a little panache, you will clean house at a social as the majority of girls there are in their early 20s and many are just looking for a good time, some champagne, and maybe a night or two on the town. If you are on the same page, you will have a helluva lot of fun.
On the other hand, if you are older, say 40s and up, and are looking for a serious wife, the socials will be challenging. It will be hard to not want to talk to the 19 year olds since they are so beautful, seductive, intoxicating and sexy and believe me, many are smart as hell and know how to spin you like a top. And many of the older women there...say early 30s to late 30s... what few of them there are, are not nearly as sexy and you even spot a few soon-to-be babushkas. I felt bad for these women especially because hardly any guy even bothered to say hello to them.
Jack's party is different and for me was more appealing. Each man can personnaly invite 3 to 4 girls and there are a total of 48 to 60 women and maybe 12 to 15 men. The girls sit at tables, 4 to a table, with each guy having his own interpreter.. you do not have to scour for one. Protocol is to rotate from table to table depending on who catches your eye and as there is one table per guy, all of the girls get to talk to several of the men, which is good for them. I sat down at the first table that was open and this is where I met Anita, who spoke English and who I hit it off with strongly and immediately (to my surprise). I rotated to several other tables and met many other nice ladies.
I would say that Jack's party fits my personality pretty well and I came to like Jack. He came through for me and he really has some great people working for him. I can not say enough good things about his managers Gala and Rostick and the interpeter I had named Pavil. I liked all of them immensely and I prefer the more personal touch that Jack and his people offer as compared to *** and the sour guide I had on there trip. I feel I could call or write Jack at any time and he could help me with whatever in Ukraine. I did not feel that way about the *** folk though I did make friends with some interpreters.

The two and a half weeks I spent in six cities of Ukraine afforded me the opportunity meet literally hundreds of BEAUTIFUL, INTELLIGENT ladies. Each of these ladies sincerely wanted to meet and spend time with me. Most of these women could have been photo models.
There are more beautiful ladies in attendance at these parties than you can possible meet at one time. However, many of the ladies I was NOT able to meet during a party made it a point to find me and introduce themselves to me after that party had concluded.
The quality of the women you meet at these tour parties is beyond anything you can imagine in the United States. These women are cultured, stylish, and unselfish and appreciate men for who they are, instead of their financial standing. You will meet more incredible women than you can possibly imagine on a trip.
The parties were very nice affairs, and a little different in every city. The ladies were treated with dignity, and after meeting them at tables in small groups of four or five, there was dancing and time to arrange dates with those ladies of greatest interest to me.
The tour was comprised of a small group of men. There were eleven of us on the tour, and our backgrounds, ages and interests varied greatly. I am in my mid thirties, and the oldest guy on the tour was in his early 50s. These guys were all good guys and many became friends.
Jack, you and your team do a great job of handling all of the travel details and assisting with any concerns we had! Lost luggage, arranging meetings with ladies in other Ukrainian cities, and other unique concerns any of the guys had, were handling swiftly and expertly.
I heartily endorse and recommend your First Dream tours to any man sincerely seeking to meet a beautiful, intelligent woman from Ukraine! I am a very busy professional but taking the time to get on that airplane and go to Ukraine on one of your trips is one of the best decisions I ever made!

To anyone considering a trip to Ukraine or Russia, I began my search for a "Russian bride" by going on a group tour to Moscow with one of the big three tour companies. While it was quite interesting seeing the FSU for the first time, it was not a successful trip.
I returned twice more on my own pursuing ladies that I had met at the "socials" only to end up empty handed and a lot lighter in the wallet.

The big drawing card for this company was the women to men ratio at these "socials". To acheveive this ratio women were recruited from agencies, newspaper ads, and straight off the street. While in retrospect there were a few sincere women interested in developing a relationship, most were there with less honorable intentions. There were prostitutes and scammers galore. Many were there for a free party with hopes of hooking up with a guy for a nice dinner and gifts.

It was difficult to approach many of the ladies that I wanted to meet because they bunched up in groups of five to eight per table. If you needed a translator you had to leave the lady and search for one. There was less than one translator for every two guys and you had to explain your life's story to each one because you never got the same one twice.

The venue was one of the most expensive discos in town. Drinks were outrageous ($4 for bottled water) and once the music started it was impossible to communicate with anybody. So if you had not met anyone in the first hour and a half, you could only sit and watch the girls dance.

In April I decided to give it one more try with FirstDream as they had a good reputation as a small company with a focus on personal attention. I went to Kyiv with few expectations of success.

I was met at the airport (with the big tour company, if you do not fly with them from New York, you are on your own finding the hotel). I was taken to my flat and shown all the amenities that it offered. I was given a telephone number to reach a representative of FirstDream twenty four hours a day. I was taken downtown, shown how to exchange money, where to find restaurants with menus in English, where to purchase phone cards and how to use them in the pay phones, and basically orientated on where to go and how to act. With the big company you were on your own once you checked in.

Living in a flat was a real taste of life in the FSU. I felt very honored to be invited to use someone's home and sample their tastes and motif. In the hotel you live in a noisy, crowded, sterile environment with strict regulations of who and when people can come to your room. Plus there were the constant solicitation of the prostitutes working for the hotel (every night, all night long). Not what I was traveling half way around the world for.

I was taken out by my guide to see the sights around town and visit agencies if I wanted. If I had a date and needed a translator, there was always one available for a very reasonable cost. Everyone associated with FirstDream was first class and very personable. Every need was met with level of attention that I never expected.
The parties that Jack set up were real opportunitiesto meet serious and honest ladies. There were ladies at each party who had seen my picture/profile and were there to meet me. The cafe where the parties were held was comfortable and spacious. Drinks were very reasonable and Jack provided food. Everyone felt very relaxed. The guys were not pressured to circulate and the ladies did not feel like they were at a meat market.

Even when the music started (after two and a half hours of chatting) it was still possible to meet and communicate with ladies. Each man had his own interpreter so there was no need to chase one down each time you needed one. Your interpreter knew after the first few introductions your life's story so that there was no need to waste time repeating it over and over. The interpreter could also help you circulate tactfully without looking like you were just shopping/playing around.

I found (actually she picked me) a woman that far exceeds my wildest dreams with the help of FirstDream and would be happy to answer any questions that anyone might have about my experiences.

I first wanted to compliment you and your excellent staff on the fine job they did and the high quality of service and progamming you provided during the fall 2003 tour of Ukraine. It is rare to have such an opportunity to meet so many stunningly beautiful, sincere ladies in such a short period and though I was fortunate enough to meet several women who I considered "marriage material", I have found Anna whom I will now be directing my full attention. Because I was able to extend my visit by 6 days following the last party, it allowed me to visit with Anna and her family to better find our compatibility. She and her family are just great and now we already discuss options for a long and fruitful life together.
You and your staff did a fantastic job at the parties and in arranging transportation and overnight accomodations making it a trip that reduced the stress and worries of traveling to a foreign country. Although this was my third trip to the FSU, you made this one the most productive I have had. I especially liked the format and was able to make what I consider to be lasting friendships with men that I have much in common with.
Ukrainian women are awesome and it is such a special thing to feel appreciated for small and large romantic gestures toward the women who mostly showed a genuine interest in me when I took the time to get to know them better. It was amazing that I didn't need to stand on my hands and act like a jerk to get their attention as I sometimes find back home with attractive women. Most all the women I met with were fit, caring and clearly had a strong grasp of femininity!
The parties were fun and well organized and though many women went home without a potential spouse, I had the impression that all the ladies enjoyed meeting with the men and found the experience to be dignified and worthwhile.
I wish you continued succes with your group tours, they are like no others available today.

No matter where I went in Ukraine (Kiev, Kharkov, Odessa, Kherson or Dnepropetrovsk), Jack's people were there to greet me at the train station or airport and escort me to my hotel or apartment. If I ever needed anything, I would just call their mobile phone number and they would help me out in a quick and efficient manner. By the way, I highly recommend anyone going on these tours to rent a mobile phone in advance...believe me, I could not imagine making such a trip without the mobile phone I rented from Firstdream. My mobile phone kept me in contact with everyone. Most importantly, Jack and his people showed me how to identify and handle scam and potential scam agencies and ladies. Thanks to their help, I was able to minimize my exposure to these scam elements and as a result met many fine and sincere ladies. I would recommend anyone interested in marrying a fine Ukrainian lady to seriously consider going on a tour with Jack and be prepared to learn a lot of valuable information about finding your Ukrainian dream bride. This was my first trip to the former Soviet Union and I could not imagine anyone else who could have made this trip so effecient, entertaining and educational.

I write this letter to Jack, Galina, Rostick, Nastya, and everyone else who made the spring group tour a wonderful success and helping me to meet the ladies of my dream. I think I am the youngest client, at 22, Jack has ever had on one of his group tours. He told me I would have many young, beautiful ladies to choose from and was he ever right! In fact everything Jack told me was right on. In many cases he knew what was going to happen before it happened! Ladies I thought were real, sincere, Jack quickly pegged as scammers, and he was right (although I was hoping he was wrong). The trip I took with Firstdream was a once in a life time experience. It was both productive and fun. I have spent a lot of time and money in America trying to find the perfect mate, to spend my time with. I have gone on several dates, with all types of people. I find American women to be selfish, immature, and in many cases monetarily driven. Too find an American woman that intrigued me it required me to look at a much higher age bracket then my own and for me to lower my standards, as many single women with the maturity and direction I required for my personal satisfaction were already married or divorced with baggage. I have wasted my time with several online dating services, I have been to speed dating activities, and I have even gone to an American matchmaker. None of these compared to the genuine help and direction provided by Firstdream. Even long after my trip I have been able to call and be assisted with my future visits and the planning of my second trip which will start in a few months.
During my first trip I was able to find easily, the girl of my dreams. Although, I would suggest others to correspond with many people, as marriage is important and should be held with high regards and cautions. It is very easy to find a mate on your first visit, but as Jack would tell you it is not recommended. I agree with Jack and appreciate his honest advice. Organization, preparation and a very open schedule are the three things I would pass on from my trip. All of which Jack tried to impress upon me.

I still have the emails from Jack.  The price kept changing until I thought we had agreed on one.  But when I arrived the price was bumped up again.

But as you can see the price kept rising until my arrival and then it was $80.00.  I had already purchased my ticket on the belief the cost was going to be less...

Jon, ask to other people... the ukrainian gouverment have try to obligate people for not rise price due to Eurovision but it was not working... price have grow in all ukraine...

And Eurovision is not the only reason... the value of $$$ was dropping in the begin May... The gouverment have artificialy blocked the change at a more high level that the real value... result, the price in $$$ for hotel and appartment have spring up...

If you wish a stable price, don't ask it in $$$ but in the local money... and you will see that price change everyday, in function of the change... during my stay in Ukraine, in May, in 3 week, the change for one euro have vary from 5.50 to 6.50... it is 18% ...

When you visit other country, you pay the day price... the only method to spare these problem is pay before...

For the problem with money who have dissappear, Elen have the right reply... to much drink, sleepy... perfect for attract a pickpocket...

Jon, the problem with your post is that you first have to assume veracity of OTHER'S comments. I can tell you from my own first-hand experience, that several of the comments you copied from other boards are just plainly false.

Let's take the most obvious - that Jack was banned from RWG and then went over to Planet-love. Facts are that P-L was active much earlier than RWG and Jack was an active contributor to it, joining not long after I arrived there. IIRC, that was in 1998 or 1999.

I saw posts from BarryM for several years (and he is a member here, as well) - and while I saw the MANY, MANY accusations made that those were actually from Jack, I also know that the style of writing was so radically-different from Jack's that I am 110% convinced that BarryM and Jack are two different persons. No question about it.

As for your direct experience with Jack and apartments, I happen to have a fair amount of direct first-hand experience with apartments in Kyiv myself. In fact, one time I was literally rushing to the US Embassy with Olya in-hand just a step or two ahead of the militsia who had been summoned by a corrupt apartment owner and they were threatening me with "forcible FSB repatriation" - among many other things. During an extremely tense period, in which ANYTHING could have happened, Jack was calling my mobile phone in Ukraine constantly - just to check in on us. He had no business motivation to do that - there has never been a nickel exchanged between us - he merely was concerned and prepared to get whatever US authorities involved as needed.

I have met Galina - a few times. I understand your concern, but find it highly-unlikely that Galina would risk her reputation over 100 Euros.

Finally, as I have mentioned in the past, Jack has asked me for numerous recommendations of travel-related service providers in Ukraine - because I have traveled all across the country and have used numerous assistance, both bad and good. I have not hesitated to recommend some of the people with whom I have worked in the past - and at least a few of them have become a rather integral part of Jack's 'network.' In that respect, I feel some sense of Jack's credibility, because I *know* he is working with credible and high-integrity people in Ukraine.

So . . .  you are correct that it is a good idea to 'check out' anyone with whom you intend to transact business. Be sure to get a FULL dossier and make a BALANCED decision.

Rule number one. When you attempt to expose or smear someone..... have some ammo.

when your complaint is boiled down all you have is 10 or 15 dollar increase in flat rental, (if it was such a rip off, why not go some where else after the first night?)
And then we have the situation where you get drunk off your ass and wake up with less money.
Ohh Now you're really making your case.
