New I751 revision

For those preparing to petition to remove conditional residency, there has been a form change.

The old form is marked as valid until September 2007. However, the new form was released in February. USCIS (aka Use-less) has been rejecting the "old" form as of late.

Make sure that if you are filing that you are using the "new" form. Otherwise, your packet will be returned to you.

the good news is- they will not cash your filing fee and make you pay again

Thanks for the heads-up William! We'll be doing this in a couple of months. On the I-751 form page itself (http://www.uscis.gov/i-751) they list that the old form will be accepted until April 1, 2007. Guess that was there little April Fool's Joke for anyone who had the older version of the form that stated it would be good until September!
