Does anyone know anything about this place? I was interested in using them in case things fell through with my plan A lady along with compare costs of the hotel to their available flats. So far after a couple of emails I have received no response.

Maybe someone has a recommendation on another Rostov agency and hotel/apartment accomodations?

You could always Google the name of an agency plus the word "scam" to see if anybody out there has any complaints about the agency in question.

I like how this agency puts it's phone, e-mail, and postal address on the front page. Agencies with bad reputations like to hide their contact info due to the amount of nasty calls they get.

I can't find anything on these guys, bad or good.

Indifferent I would say...I've never heard of them so that would mean they are very small like us & or very new. The fact that you get no answers to your emails bothers me some. Any business that wants your business is going to reply asap.
I would suggest trying a phone call or two & if that yields nothing, move on to somebody who is more open in their communication.
