Researcher needed for Ternopil and Lviv state archives

I am looking for a researcher for Ternopil and Lviv state archives.  The task is a bit more than typical genealogical research, and involves searching for documents other than the usual birth and marriage records usually sought by genealogists.  Please feel free to PM me if you know someone who might be reliable.
