Not 5 trips over there purple, I did two on "neutral" ground.  All of my TR's are on here, you can see my failings and successes.  My next one is in two weeks.  You will need lots of time and money to make it work unless you fall for the first girl you meet.

I spent 15 days with my fiancee - combined with long distance communication of about 3 months - before I popped the question.  As it turns out it was still a bit premature for us but we are managing to work things out. 

2 things help "speed up" the process.  Knowing what you want (which also means a couple trips to get your feet grounded).  And an intelligent girl who speaks good English.
