Where can the most feminine women be found?

So here's an interesting topic I think. Where in the world can the most feminine women be found? And what makes them feminine?

For me while Ukraine has it's merits and attractive women I think that potentially France might top the list.

French women tend to have a very sexy sounding language I think and can come across as quite soft and attentive. Obviously it depends upon the type of woman anywhere, but I think potentially more French women than not probably display feminine traits.

When I was in France about nearly a decade ago now I saw a group of young teenage French girls all getting excited about a display of bras in a clothes store window in a Shopping Centre before going inside. I thought to myself, 'now that's a sight you just don't see in the UK'.

I don't know what other peoples thoughts are on this subject, it would be interesting to know 🤔
