Looking in other countries

Do you believe that the same philosophies and procedures used for  seeking a RW apply to other countries? I am certain that the Ten Commandments do, but what else applies to countries such as Asia and South America?

I would say it is pretty much the same.    I don't follow it that close but I know there are tours, agencies and web sites for South American women.    I am not so sure about local agencies in Asia.   I have some small memory floating in my mind that says that a few years ago I read that the local agencies in the Philippines are illegal but I could be wrong.

International bride agencies to the Philippines are illegal, too. Matter of fact, it is a crime punishable by several years in prison and deportation of the foreign agency owner to arrange introductions with Filipinas for the purposes of marriage.
