Calling Belarus

I have an international calling card service that I have used to call Russia (St. Pete for example) and the rates are very good. About 3.5 cents per minute. But when I use this same service to call Belarus, the rates go up to 25 cents per minute. Very high. Can anyone recommend a better service?

Try Speedypin.com, they usually have decent rates.

There are no better rates. Before discovering Skype I had to pay about the same to call home.
