Hi'ya
« on: September 12, 2007, 02:34:15 AM »
Hi everybody, er, what to say... Been reading this forum for awhile... Thought it wouldn't hurt to join - many posts are quite to the point... Hmm p'haps I could find answers "from the male perspective" to some of my own questions, and, it's interesting to know what the men folk think about all this long distance relationship business  ::)

Welcome Kea!

I take it you are a Russian woman? Do you live in Russia or in another country? If in another country, how did you get there? How do you like it?

Look forward to hearing your perspective.

Thanks Kea.

Some of us are working out in spite of ourselves!  :D

Always good to have another woman's perspective and thoughts here. Keeps the conversations quite lively and keeps us men on our toes too!

Welcome to RWD Kea.

I can give you my thoughts on the long distance relationship. IMO think that they are manageable for a while but if you are in a serious relationship then you should have some trust going, but it will put a strain on things. I do think that they will work out but not for like 2 years or something. I was in the Air Force for 5 years and I have known a lot of people who where shipped off with out there loved ones. So it is a little hard but there are a lot more options now than there use to be, E mail, cell phones etc. so this makes things easier to keep things going in the right direction. But if you do not look for trouble, trouble will have a hard time finding you. Keep the faith and trust
