I'm hoping somebody here can help. Does anyone know where this photo came from:

It's a long story, but the short version is that there is a massive investigation underway concerning a popular online diet scam (Kimkins). The owner is being accused of fraud, illegal/immoral business practices, and giving very dangerous diet advice (while suppressing reports of side effects). One of the key issues is that the owner claimed to have safely accomplished and maintained a large weight loss, but she appears to have been lying. The owner posted the red dress photo above as her "after" photo, and we are hoping to prove that this is not her.
I'm posting here because many of the photos posted as "success stories" turned out to be harvested from the profiles of Russian brides:

http://kimkinslawsuit.wordpress.com/2007/09/19/we-need-you/We don't want to harass the woman in the red dress; we just want to prove that the owner was fraudulently using her image.
If you know of anyone else who might have information, please ask them as well. A lot of people have been physically hurt, and many more were scammed out of their money. Any help you can provide can prevent this from happening to others.
