Harder to believe is this: goodwife.com, a website that has adopted the Housekeeping Monthly article as its mantra, the story proudly on display on its home page, adorned with retro images of the nip-waisted, pin-curled, double-D-breasted, sugar-sweet, 1950s girl next door. It's a stomping ground for American dinosaurs, nostalgic for a past where the man was the king of his castle, his beautiful and doting bride his queen. But there's a modern twist: goodwife.com is the 'mother site' for over 353 websites devoted to finding Western men a mail-order bride. 12 million people visit the site each year, some merely curious, others earnestly browsing through the thousands of photos of women from Asia, Russia, willing queen for his castle.

I guess those "12 million people" visiting each year all qualify as "dinosaurs" who do not share the Orange Life view of "sophisticated."

I thought RWD was the stomping grounds of dinasours? It must be a compliment that Goodwife is considered the "mother of all sites" related to searching for love overseas. Any publicity is good publicity as it's sure to bring more traffic to the site.

Yeah - I thought the same thing about RWD

Goodwife has been around since 1997, and it generates a huge amount of traffic. I suppose the fact that GoodWife has made its way into newspaper articles, television programs, numerous 'academic' publications, and even Congressional testimony - no matter how distorted and devious were the presentations - still continues to push traffic in our direction.

I read it and think "ahhhh, yes please..."

Virtually every week now US Women keep asking for a return of Chivalry. Or they want benevolent Sexism on their behalf reinstated. Too bad so sad. US Women want to be treated as Equals in Credit, Employment, Promotions at work, and for Educational Opportunities. And like errant Children needing protection when they break the law or commit horrific crimes. And Feminism gives US Women exactly this opportunity.

The Cashing Out behavior is also now common. Terry G. Bollea aka. Hulk Hogan has been married to his wife for 24 years. And has accumulated quite a set of houses and assets. Some Five (5) Luxury Homes. Still not enough for his Real Estate loving Spouse. Who rented a Home in LA for $30,000 a Month. She Divorced him over her desire for more homes, and money. They have two Children on the verge of becoming emancipated. Meaning they will soon be Adults themselves.

She is seeking Lifetime Alimony and half the marital assets. Michael Jordan's divorce cost him $168,000,000 dollars. And other High Net worth Males have had similiar costly Divorces. They would include James Cameron of the movie Titanic, Michael Strahan, Jason Kidd etc. Time to reevaluate the Gender paradigm.

US Women are also complaining about US Men marrying Foreign Women seeking to improve the odds of a happy Family life and marriage. My advice to young Men in the US is simple live overseas for a Couple of years and decide for yourself if there is a difference?
