Fake. A real Russian contract would have the business's stamp. In Russia signatures do not carry the same legal weight as they do in North America. Instead, each business and legal entity has a stamp that is used to demonstrate the authenticity of a document such as a contract. Given that this "contract" features not one stamp, I would automatically disqualify it as a worthless piece of paper and certainly a fabrication to facilitate a scam.

OK what do you make of the contract.

This is just a poorly made contract-looking paper for services on assistance in getting a tourist visa for an individual. Btw, the signatures seem to be all of the same person..I have not seen a signature on the agency side.

Stamp should be here as well, but in case of a legal enforcement the court would first look for powers of the signatory to bind the agency in this contract.

as far as a passport, you can get one easliy in a few weeks,
certainly much quicker than 6 months.

your local post office likely has an expedited service even ,for passports.
Diffentantly find out the fundamentals of your own countries travel and passport info ,before trying to decipher if someone elses is legit or possible

There are plenty of RW that are not out to scam you,
and a lot of people got their venture started by first being contacted be some scammer. Read everytnhing here, and dont let this make you over paranoid,,just cautious.

She can get only 2 kinds of visas to you :like your fiancee or like your wife (if you guy will get marry in Russia). You can file for that by yourself,..but better get a lawyer.

If you are not sure that you are able to get marry within 90 days (on her fiancee visa),so be prepared to crying,depression and different kinds of suicide.. :-) Not because she wants the GREEN CARD so badly!!! Because all russian /ukrainian women are romantic and ready to get marry soon and forever.
