Question for the doctors

Thank you ahead of time. I do appreciate any help I can get on this matter. I just returned from Ukraine, and a good friend of my fiancee told me she was diagnosed with cancer. She is not too confident on the abilities of the doctors there who gave her a round about answer on her situation. Basically they told her she could live a year or to the age of 70. Obviously this is very upsetting to her, especially since she has a child. As far as the type of cancer, I'm not sure what it is, and perhaps the doctors there have no clue either. Her question is, is it possible for a doctor or facility in the US to look at her results and give their opinion? I told her I had no clue about that but would check if there was such a possibility. If not, does anyone know of a really good cancer facility or doctor in Ukraine she could contact? Thanks again.
