Welcome to the RWD,

I used to buy windows from a company in Steinbach Manitoba (about an hour from Winterpeg)
All the houses had rows of deciduous trees planted on the windward side of their houses and they were
all bent at a ten degree angle from the wind. Not sure why they didn't use evergreens which would
have offered better protection from the winter winds.

Anyway welcome aboard. read, read and then read some more. When you have questions come back
here and ask them.
