First Offense: 0–5 years imprisonment; up to $250,000 fine individual, $1 million other than individual.
Second Offense: 0–10 years imprisonment; up to $500,000 fine individual, $2 million other than individual.

Why do they think steroids were invented in the first place?

Steroids were NOT invented, they are hormones secreted naturally by various glands. IIRC, continued external ingestion depresses their internal production (bio-feedback), eventually to a non-return point (no need to keep producing something that is already present in the blood stream in huge amounts ).

Testosterone is synthesizable in almost unlimited quantities. Furthermore, there are two possible modifications on it, giving it further abilities. First, it can be esterified, permitting a long-lasting effect when injected into the body. Second, it can be alkylated, permitting oral intake instead of injection.

The Sustanon you're promoting is esterified in 4 different ways.

It was to help sick people, especially those suffering from starvation and anemia, wasting diseases such as Crohn's and Colitis, and burn and accident victims. Steroids are great healers of injuries and they help people to recover from surgery and the trauma of accidents. AIDS victims are living greatly enhanced lifestyles, and are being made healthier.

So they'd better be used to cure specific ailments/diseases under medical supervision, rather than by amateurs chasing the "miracle" drug that will turn them into a mountain of muscles.

As usual, the bodybuilders are far ahead of their time. Bodybuilders have been - and always will be - pioneers in the use of supplements and drugs.

And they live happily and healthily ever after, or do they eventually incur in some of the side effects Olga mentions ?

I don't know how or where this thread evolved into a debate about steroids, but the products the OP mentions such as Hydroxycut are readily available in Ukraine so there would be no reason to send them there.

We often send/take medicines to RU..  folks there complain a lot about counterfeit goods and order them from us.

While, by reports, there is a higher incidence of counterfeit products in Ukraine, in my experience, most of this is paranoia and the products are similar to those in the US.  There are ways to know the likelihood of the counterfeits.  Still, when the impression is strong, it is easier to just send products from the US than to argue about whether this is necessary
