Pavel's your man in Kiev!!!

Seeing as there's a thread about Igor (who I have used before and can also recommend) I'd like to recommend a very good guide and driver for anyone going to Kiev.
I'm sure this will come as no surprise to the seasoned traveller to Kiev, and also forum regulars , but for anyone starting out in Kiev, Pavel Pozynak is second to none!!!
I first ventured to the Ukraine last September, and really had no idea about how to find my way around. To be honest I was a little scared, what with a few stories i'd read on forums etc
So following others advice, I found Pavel, and i've used his services in the 6 times i've been back to the Ukraine.
On one occasion my flight from London was cancelled, which should have landed in Kiev at 1pm, so I had no way to catch my later train from Kiev train station at 5.30pm.
I finally turned up at Kiev airport at 1am the next day, but it was no problem for Pavel, and he was there to meet me, and he made sure I had lodgings for the night, and he even went to the train station at like 3am or something mad, to get me a ticket for the 7am train....
Thats way above and beyond the call of duty!!!!!
Also at Christmas I was due to return to London on the 29th Dec... but at the last minute I changed my flight to 1st Jan, but I had no apartment. So Pavel ran round, and didnt stop working till he was sure I had a great apartment to stay in for the extra days. Even at this busy time of year, and with my last minute notice on the 29th, he still came up trumps!!
So a big thumbs up for Pavel in Kiev from me !!!!!

I agree with you 100%! Pavel is a star and will always do his best to help anyone.

I used Pavel for my first few trips to Kiev and we became like best buddies. He is a wonderful guy with a great sense of humor!

I have recomended him to a few other travellers and they have always thanked me for connecting them with Pavel.

I agree with you guys - Pavel went above and beyond the call of duty for me when I was in Kiev. Others here may have their own and different opinions but Pavel went beyond any of my expectations in my experience with him.  He is truly a good guy.
