Just wanted to Say thanks  for the info. their have been a few guys on here that have giving links to sites and a bit of advice on my first trip  it going to be in late feb.

The other thing I was a bit surprised in a very good way. I was talking to one of the ladies im going to visit about being like a fish out of water with my limited Russian .And she said not to worry even if I do not like her she will be by my side the whole time to make sure my visit to her city is a enjoyable time because I will be her guest

Hate to burst your bubble but there's been a few stories in here about men getting "trapped" with women on a trip and not being able to shake loose to go dating others if the first didn't work out.

Go and meet this lady with optimism and an open mind... ENJOY IT....  but if it doesn't work with her have a back up plan that doesn't rely on her.

Plenty of people here can help with advice and recommendations.

I have to agree with Kuna on this one.  I have even heard a few stories where the lady locked the man in the apartment and took the key with her.  I assume she was trying to protect him and make sure he didn't get into trouble but it sure does limit the options.  Until you meet you don't know what you have and even then you may not.

Thanks guys but its kinda dating 101 know matter where in the world you are and yes I have a back up plan for the cities im going to (several)

I never believe to much even after one meeting IMO just common sence you have to spend lots of time together before you know anyone
