Spammed by "originclub"

The hit me with 8 spams today.  "you have a letter from lady #xxxxx in your inbox"  I don't know how I could have a profile there.. I never joined that site.

One of the gorgeous ladies you wrote to from a previous agency or dating site collected the info you told about yourself and maybe your photo and sold it to agencies so they can spam you. Or maybe a competitior placed a profile on the agency you used to steal that agency's customers. Happened to me too.

My question is why are they now spamming you? Are you still active writing new ladies?

I have no idea.. I haven't written anyone in a long time, over 18 months.

Your thoughts make sense though.. could have been an agency worker or terp too.. or even agencies selling profiles to each other.

I get these too, from originclub and other sites employing similar methods, and I've gotten a few fresh responses lately from 'ladies' I wrote to years ago. They're spamming now because business is down and they're busting out their old mailing lists.

I just took a look at the site and right away I see a girl I chatted with last year through a Russian dating site. I'd recognized her before somewhere, turns out on ads for bridal sites. As we chatted, I googled her info and found her listed on all sorts of agency sites including Anastasia, the site bought out by the old RWG and many clone sites. I showed her the results and she was shocked! Her info and photos must have been taken from the local personals site she was using and passed around.

I don't know if it's all owned by one parent company, or if these agencies are sharing fake profiles as well as mailing lists, but it's just one big interconnected scam.

Add Absolute Agency to the spam list.  I did have a profile there.. for about a month three years ago.
