Advanced search on singles.ru

I just signed up there today and created profile.
Have clicked on Advanced Search several times, but url comes up as 'page not available.'
Is this a temporary thing, or is advanced only available for VIP users?

Anyway, when and if advanced search is available, does it have a variable to search for women who have English listed as a language?

Also, to become VIP, seems must send money from a Ukrainian cell phone.  Anybody tried to do this?

I never tried the advanced search. - In the time I started there was only the way to pay by Russian/Ukrainian phone and I didn't had one. Now there are other payment options available too, but I gained enough knowledge to know that I don't really need the advanced search.

From my POV it's more or less insignificant if a woman indicated English as a language or not because it says nothing about her level of fluency and many girls with a low grade of fluency will not check 'English. So 'English' is kind of a plus for me but not very much more.
