Need help trying to translate something I was sent by mistake!

Hi guys I was sent the above on ICQ by someone by mistake. I have deleted the end of the URL because it led me to an x-rated russian website. I opened my ICQ tonight and this message popped up. It is in Russian but the characters are all funny due to my comp. not wanting to display the proper Russian characters. How can I translate it? I really want to know what this message says!

Here's the thing.
This message was sent to me 3:30PM Saturday. This is 5:30AM Sunday morning in Tomsk where my woman friend is. I opened up ICQ Sunday night expecting to chat with my gal and up pops this message (I was not on ICQ all weekend as we only chat when she is at work). I could not read it as it was in those strange letters BUT I clicked on the link and up pops a site that is all about "hookups" and the strange thing is that the search parameters were already inputted my city. The search was for a female in my city!!!

Is this a hi-jack or was she sending someone this site and sent it to me by mistake?

When she came to work Monday AM she texted me and said that her ICQ would not work. She then said by sms hackers attacked it and it was "broken". Then she contacted me from a friend's ICQ.

What to think about this?

This is a common virus / hack. She should reinstall ICQ and change her password and all should be back to normal. Offline messages in ICQ like that can be cut and paste into a simple text document on your desktop. Rename that document as an html and when you open it you can read the Cyrillic. There are other ways, but that's a quick trick I use.

The porn links you clicked on detect your city via your IP address. Nothing to get paranoid about. 

Are you headed to Tomsk anytime soon? I'll be visiting some friends there in October.

Not sure about the ICQ as I don't use it for a long time because I hate advert banners, but using "qip" (which is the ICQ alternative and uses the same protocol), I can say it has anti-spam features what work pretty well.

its a virus, same viruses exist for MSN, your computer gets infected and you send out spam to all your contacts without even knowing it or it showing up on your screen or history, tell her to scan her computer for viruses, and yes, what Jooky said, sites can tell where you are from very easily, so they spawn banners with huge boobed barely clothed girls saying "meet SexyKitten2984 in (your city)" or more legit sites use that info to give your banners in your language, for example on many sites i see commercials in dutch cuz they detect im coming online from belgium, or it could also be used to show you ads from your specific region, not just language
