marriage in Ukraine
« on: September 26, 2009, 08:32:47 AM »
For those who were married in Ukraine is it easier(faster) process to get married there and then apply for visa( What type?). Can you apply for K1 in USA, get married in Ukraine in a few months , and continue K1 process? In Limbo, Thanks

There are no shortcuts in this, and I believe currently K1s are being processed faster.

If you marry in Ukraine and then file for a K1, you will be breaking the law. Don't screw this up by being impatient.
