Tax break is coming to all buyers in 2010 - to many 2nd or more time buyers are renting and waiting for the break to come.

Congrats on the house - you bought at a good time.

Thanks, but no one told me I had to do them in a specific order, I did the NRA and Republican thing first.

No on the rebate, there is a cap on how much you can make to get the rebate.

Yes but only because living in his mother's basement for thirty of those 49 years count. Neither does the short stint at the YMCA :)

Hi-Tech is from Texas... I'm pretty sure they hand out the NRA membership with the social security number at birth ;-)

I am shocked you would think such a thing, it is at conception they hand them out. Because that's when the shot is fired.
