Supposedly all sites have scammers.  However, I have not had any problem at all with scammers on the above sites.  Probably because I do not seek overly young and extremely hot looking gals. 

Don't assume that any of the pictures are up to date or even real.  Don't assume that anything that is written is true or accurate.

Just do a search and screening on your desired variables such as age range, height, weight, education, children, desires children or not, English skills, etc.  Otherwise, ignore all else that is written.

The above sites are free or have monthly fee for unlimited contact.
Like all other sites, there are many, many women there who are no longer active and will not even see your message that you send to them.

You will have to contact 100 women to get 10 first responses.
You should send a well written first contact that spells out the important facts about yourself.
And even then, the first response will often be:  Tell me more about yourself.

Typical scenario will be:

Send out 1000 first messages.  This is not an easy endeavor to get started.
Get 100 replies.
Send back 80 2nd messages.  You will have cut some out for reasons such as lack of English, etc.
Receive back 50 replies.
Send back 40 3rd message.  You will cut on some more based on things like; finally seeing some up to date pics, things they write that you know are incompatible, etc.
Receive 30 replies.
etc., etc.

Through this procedure you can likely have arranged meetings with 10-15 women.

I start this process 6 weeks before my arrival date.
Try to limit to exchanging no more than 6-8 messages with each gal.
This will be like a full time job to exchange the required number of emails, so plan accordingly.
You won't really be able to do this if you are lacking appropriate planning and coordination skills.
If you do not have good organization skills, you will be sending messages to Natasha that talk about things that Irina told you in her message.

If you meet with 12 or so women, you may find 4-5 that you would like to have second date with.

Of those 4-5, you may find 2-3 that you would like to spend 4-6 consecutive days with as an extended date on this first trip.

If you don't spend these 4-6 days together in your apartment or her apartment;  then you really won't know Jack about her still.  And don't kid yourself that even after 4-6 days together in an apartment that you still know enough to be thinking about marriage.

Then you may find one that you would like to return to spend 3-4 weeks with.
After that visit, you may be able to get an idea about marriage potential; but still no guarantees.

If you go the WOVO route, or only meet with 2-3 gals; then most likely these will be the 2-3 that you would have eliminated after the first date with 12 gals.

But if you are desperate for marriage; then many of those whom you would have eliminated from a larger pool where you can make comparisons, might seem to be acceptable to you on a WOVO visit.  That has certainly been the case for many men.

I used lifetimepartners.com  in 2002 & 2003 so my personnel experience's are out of date, but I've kept in touch with Marc and some of the other agency employees. Those are realistic numbers and can vary depending on how the guy presents himself in correspondence and how he looks. There's a process of elimination when looking for a mate. You will eliminate some women and you will be eliminated. The guys who pulled off a true WOVO successfully that ended in a happy marriage don't know how lucky they are.

There a lot of dating agency and russian brides sites, it's really difficult to choose a good, but I suggest first of all check the site in scammers lists and be careful, read my anti-scam guide

Every site has scammers, you can't avoid them.  Stay away from women from Russia and the Ukraine.  You will increase your odds of finding a serious woman in Belarus, Moldova, Uzbekistan, or aother country of the former soviet union (FSU).

Rockford75 , Whats the difference between a site and agencies, its cost and services! On some of the sites you have a low cost, but you are required to do most of the work of this process. The honset agencies and yes there are some have cost associated with higher customer services. It all depends on what you want!
