My Bad Experience in Ukraine this month
« on: December 21, 2009, 08:31:03 PM »
I've been talking to this girl 2 years ago
she told me that nothing serious until she see me in person
but if we had a relationship and she asked me to please go and see her to formalize the relationship

when I went to see her now on December 1 it does not look like the photo at best had much makeup or are finished photos
That was the first thing that happened
hen take me to expensive restaurants with her translator I buy jewelry, clothing and cravings for both
when we reached the hotel  When I got into the shower came out and both had disappeared with my belongings
I followed them and mounted in a black car I was left without money.

she seemed sincere in his letters in two years
His name is anna from metripol then I found this on several websites
and I write here because she said that I was not the only one to whom she was knowing from United States

Hey Joseph,
You need to post your story once and people will find it. I'll post my comment from the other thread here too.

You had plenty of times to walk but I suspect you didn't have a backup plan. When a woman misrepresents how she looks, don't waste too much time with her. You should have asked for normal photos of her before visiting.

You did business with Hot Russian Brides/Russian Love Match. They photoshop the photos making their ladies look much better than they actually are. Many men have complained about their business practices.

One question. After she didn't look like who you thought and after you bought her and her personal translator what they wanted at an expensive restaurant, the jewelry store, and clothing, why did you take them to your apartment and let them out of your sight? Were they giving you the impression you got them horny? Did they ask you to take a shower before making love? That is standard procedure. When you went to the local Hot Russian Brides agency, what did they say about your robbery from one of their ladies?

If they took your belongings, why didn't you go to police?

Hi Josephdalei! I am so sorry to hear that.  Yes, i am actually  :o Well, the police wouldn't help you, as you were in Ukraine and Ukraine is not US. Unfortunately! I think these girls planned to do that from the very beginning and i am sure that you are not the first guy they scammed! They have to be punished (the girl and the interpreter) as i bet they still continue doing that  :-\ The only thing you can do is to blacklist her. This my opinion. Take care.

if you were using HRB/RLM and this happened you should persist in fighting with them.  Demand to speak with Patrick and don't take any crap from him.  Also.. google russianlovematch with the word scam.. a lot of people are fed up with these people.

Cheer up.  These things  can happen in any country.  Here is a current scam that starts at parking lots of Home Depot right here in USA.

Over the last month I became a victim of a clever scam while out
shopping at Home Depot.  Simply going out to get supplies has turned out
to be quite traumatic.  Don't be naive enough to think it couldn't happen
to you.  Here's how the scam works:

Two seriously good-looking 20 something women come over to your car as
you are packing your shopping items into the trunk.

They both start wiping your windshield with a rag and Windex, with
their breasts almost falling out of their skimpy T-shirts.  It is
impossible not to look.

When you thank them and offer them a tip, they say "No" and instead ask
you for a ride to another Home Depot. You agree and they get in the back
seat. On the way, they start having sex with each other.

Then one of them climbs over into the front seat and performs oral
sex on you, while the other one steals the money from your wallet.

I had this happen to me on December 4th, 9th, 10th, twice on the 15th,
17th, 20th, three times just yesterday, and very likely again this
upcoming weekend.

Again - please beware!!

So as I understand  it, you are running or contemplating running a commercial business and drumming up participants here.  Is this correct?

Its called common sense but some seem to not remember it. Once we get all legal stuff done we will pay to advertise here. This site will be highly recommended to any guy looking for a Russian/Ukraine wife.

Exactly. If you are going to use a loo, take care of all your belongings. Take with you your coat, boots and suitcases.

Is it just my perception or do the majority of scam / ripoff /  horror stories overwhelmingly involve Ukrainian women?

I think it is probably your imagination. I think what these horror stories have in common, is a man that is most likely too naive to attempt this sort of endeavor and has probably some experiences at being scammed in the US as well. But this is just my impression.

I have No experience with the Ukraine.... but there does seem to be a disproportionate amount of Dating complaints coming from there?
There is one heck of a lot of Dating and Translation Services available in the various Cities. A whole Industry has been created on the availability of lonely Western men willing to travel to meet Ukrainian Women.
I look at Anastasia's Models and I can't believe the amount of young Women from the Ukraine with Profiles! They certainly outnumber Russian Women!! Funny, because their motto is, "The Fastest Way To Reach Thousands Of Russian Ladies"..... Where are the Russians?

Bastards, Ukrainians use our brand  >:(

The proportion has changed rapidly since Ukrain opened visa-free borders and the economical situation in Russia became more stable.

RussianWind said it,,no visa, easy entry. Now going to Russia I felt that getting our visa was more of a hassle than the first time we went to visit. If we take a group we will advise them of what to do and why,,,if they do what they want we will not be responsible for any loss or problems. There are ways to go and have a good time with out loosing your wallet.

Damn! Is that what you're supposed to do? And here I went to the bathroom and left two cell phones, a Blackberry, my laptop and about $2000 in cash just laying around, not to mention my socks while i took a shower. But wait! She was in the shower with me so I guess the only thing she coulda lifted was...well you know, my toothe brush :)
