It's your problem if you take my posts too seriously.

Thanks for sharing a real photo of yourself.  You are readily recognizable.   :D

To answer your question, I vote "promo."

I have seen an art exhibit of plaster castings of adult female genitalia - perhaps the same here or just photos.

Or just some women making a statement about something they believe in... either way I think it was meant to create a debate and on that level, and I like it.  Plus... I am a man...  And they know how to market to me as an audience.

Yup.  They likely are members of "FEMEN".
After the fall of communism, the biggest mistake Boris Yeltsin's regime made was not to disband the KGB altogether. Instead it changed its name to the FSB and, to many observers, morphed into a gangster organisation, eventually headed by master criminal Vladimir Putin. - Gerard Batten

If so, I salute them.  Okay, note to self... put on flame proof clothes...

Be nice if their statement was interesting or had some original content.  Women have complained about being sex objects for a long time and will for a long time more as there will always be men that are more animal than human.  But there are plenty of animal-women too (I can already hear the applause for that), who will use whatever excuse to constellate an audience  -- all the better if they can find some 'higher purpose' behind which to hide the ruse.
