If women like whites I would suggest a sweeter German white like a Piesporter. And you can never go wring with the old Santa Margarita Pinto Grigio..... a staple anywhere.

For those who like good value check out whites from the Northeast Coast of Australia and Reds from the maturing vineyards of Argentina and Chile. Great wines for a good price.

Yes, one of the more common Pinot Grigios in restaurants here. Sauvignon Blancs are becomming quite popular over the chardonnays locally as well. Interesting numbers on the chart Sandro. The Spaniards are losing ground, what's happening
