The good news is after taking hiatus from RWD website, I decided to take a lot of time and energy to finding the right Russian woman. I went to Loveplanet.ru and lo and behold I found a beautiful Russian woman. She is 20 years old and is currently a college student in Nizhni Novogrod. She is opening up her Skype account soon after she gets her webcam. Maria has blond hair and blue eyes. She is 170 cm (5"7 ft) in height and weighs 50 kg (110 lbs). I am thinking about visiting her in December. We've been discussing for a little while.

I like to say thank you RWD for helping me to understand Russian women better.

Although without wanting to put a dampner on your enthusiasm, don't you think its abit early to be calling her "my significant other"? Remember don't be falling in love with any photos.

It might be a good idea to edit your opening post to remove your "future significant other's" name. Do a google search for her name and see what pops up. My advice to you is to keep her identity as anonymous as possible on these public forums.

True. However, my love for her has nothing to do with only pictures. It is basically based on a high level of intimacy and building the relationship from the grounds up. Even though I'm a young man, I know how to tread this relationship very carefully and slowly without any risks of damaging it.

If it was up to me, I will visit her in a heartbeat. However, I can't go there soon because of my rough school schedule, plus I don't make a good enough income to make this possible. I considered myself a minority when it comes to searching for a RW. I don't think there are many young full-time college students who would ever dream of dating or even marrying a RW because of financial, cultural, and geographical limitations. However, I don't let these barriers stop me from pursuing this dream of mine.  Most young AM are still into our women, which isn't bad at all. This means there is less competition for AM such as myself to date more RW.

Life is short, so is the juice worth the squeeze?

FYI, I am not looking for lust. If I want to do that, I can find some local girls at my university in California to get some action, which I won't do. I am a fairly Conservative guy who possess some traditional values, so I believe in true love. She sent me a lot of emails for a while, so I can say it is only a matter of time before we talk on Skype. In fact, she really likes me.

I don't go to some mail order bride websites, so I instead sign up at mainstream Russian only dating sites such as dating.ru and loveplanet.ru to really talk with real RW for free.

You refer to her as my love and my significant other that in itself says you are falling in love with the photo and the emails.

So your a romantic at heart, and that's good. Just be sure to take off the rose coloured glasses and think with your head and not your heart. Have you asked her about Skype, ICQ, MSN, Yahoo Messenger? I can be pretty sure she will have ICQ. Why you not talking on them already?

You are searching in the right places with dating.ru and loveplanet.ru and you seem to be doing well.

Robert my advice to you is simple, stand back, slow down and put a leash on that enthusiasm. My concern for you is that you are building up a relationship with this person already in your MIND also you could be building this person up to be something they are not. So when you do eventually meet you discover they are not the person that you created in your mind, nor is the relationship what you thought it was, thus creating a very big fall for yourself.

Sorry dude, I'm gonna call em like I see em. You offer to send her photo to anyone (that means people you don't know) if they PM you. That is not honorable behaviour towards one you profess love towards. But it works well with lust....

And you haven't answered my question. In what number email did she profess love towards you? My guess is between 5 and 13. Am I right?
