before 095

New one 495

the same goes to Moscow region

example 0964, new one 4964

the same goes for all codes wich started with zero - 0xx should be replaced now with 4xx

Also some phones in Moscow now have code 499

The above is really a poor deal.  2.5 cents/min is through a local access number.  Add another 1 cent/min for 800 number access.  I can easily find a dozen or more providers at least one cent cheaper, all of them without access, maintenance, or any other fees, billing in one minute increments.

Moscow is one of the least expensive places to call in the world.  I used to cost me more to call in-state long distance...   ::)
