I have been in touch with a woman from Russia for about 6 months now, and I would like to meet her.  Due to my job, I can't take any time off in the near future, and I want her to visit me.  I want to know what the odds of her getting a Visitors Visa would be.  Here are some details about her:

23 years old
Gainfully employed
Owns a car
Has travelled to other countries and returned (Egypt and Spain)
Recently divorced from her russian husband.  (Is this a deal breaker?)

I want to know if anyone has experience because I don't want to have her traveling hundreds of miles to moscow for an interview that she is doomed to fail.

I am confused.  You are listed as a commercial member asking an odd question for what I thought a commercial member was.  It seems these are the questions you should be answering instead of asking.  No disrespect intended... I am just confused.

A few years ago I would have said it was a waste of time and money to try it but from what I have heard they are getting much more accomodating on visas.  It might be worth a shot.

That would depend on how successful she would be in persuading the visa officers that she returns home after her planned trip.

It's a Crapshoot. If she is okay with and aware that her 8 hours of standing in line at the American Embassy in Moscow will likely be 95% for nothing, then why not? So long as she doesn't have far too travel to get to Moscow, she's only looking at a day or two of missed work.
