Try to call www.embassydocumentservices.com , 866-573-3797 russianpassport@embdocserv.com for your Russian Passport renewal. The great team are working there. They will answer all your questions.Very friendly,professional and very helpful and their prices are reasonable. I renewed my Russian Passport with them and  I'll recommend this company to you.
