Russian Women don't seem to age well

RW and AM start off the same and end the same look wise.  What a woman does in between varies.  You take the top 2% of white over 40 year old women in USA (have to exclude Mexican and black since so many are just huge in weight) and they will compete well with any countries top women.  Its the bottom 80% that hurts USA.  People remember the bad. 

When it comes to younger women RW just look better than white American women.  Has more to do with parenting declining in the USA and spoiled rotten children. 


Ugly women are going to age on the marriage agencies in Russia and dating sites on USA (so your going to see many ugly older RW on the marriage sites).  A good looking older women with a good personality is not going to last more than 1-2 months on a marriage agency site in Russia.  Many will never have photos that hit the website as so many men travel now without writing and they will be taken off the market first week.

I'm so gonna be bashed for this, but... I think the answer is dry skin and sun damage.

Since I am naturally tanned, I really have no need to sit myself in the sun and bake my life away.  I'm 32 and I have not one single visible wrinkle on me.  Most of my friends (who are white) say I look 24 because I have no lines, not even laugh lines.. but then again, I don't have a big smile.  Little mouth + constant work doesn't produce lots of laughing.

As a southern california resident with a large population of sun worshiping people, I've noticed that about late 30s to early 40s.  White people who sun worship tend to look really wrinkled. I once went out with a cool 38 year old girl but could not stand to look at her with my contacts in because I would see all the wrinkles everywhere and being that I don't have any, it just felt way too odd. 

Of course, the non-sun baking people look just fine.  Asians considered (usually older generation) tanned people to be working class farm people and if you notice, a lot of them tend to stay away from the sun, use umbrellas or strange tinted visors.  They consider paleness to be regal.

I've spoken to two RW online who said I had a nice tan and asked how long I took to get it.  I said "no time" this is my natural color.  They both said they were envious and are excited to tan themselves for summer. 

My understanding is that blacks/latinos/asians tend to have oily skin... and white people tend to have dry skin (female friend told me this, don't know if this is true)... so essentially, I think as a whole.. not just RW.. but all white women who don't moisturize and are oddly sun worshiping, look old prematurely.  If they use sunblock and moisturize, I think chances are decent they will look decent.

Seraph,  It is not really the amount of oil in ones skin or dryness, but the amount of melanin.  People whose ancestors lived in the northern latitudes did not need as much melanin as those living further to the south.  Melanin gives the darker skin color and naturally protects the skin from sun damage.  A light skinned person who is a sun worshipper is damaging their skin by over exposure to the sun though may not be aware of it for years.  It usually takes some years for the wrinkles and damage to begin to be evident by which time little can be done to reverse the damage.

I recall the days when young American girls would hold reflectors under their face to double the sun.  And they would use baby oil (zero SPF) as tanning oil.  You should see them now.

The sun bothered my eyes so I always wore a cap, thank goodness. 

In Florida one can easily spot a tourist.  The locals are chalky white.  The tourists are red or brown. 

Golfers like me have brown arms, legs and face even though we use sunblock.  Comical with the shirt off. 

And a significant number of golfers get skin cancer surgery once a year  (removal requires a deep cut - a nickle in diameter and five nickles deep).  Knock on wood.

If you mean that Russian men may want to take them, afraid that it ain't be true. Russian men prefer a mediocre younger woman over a 40+ beauty with Mother's Theresa heart any day. On Russian dating market, woman's age is paramount.

If you mean that Western men may come and get the 40+ top quality Russian women, well, it may eventually be the case, but again, less likely so. Otherwise I'd probably don't need to emigrate to Canada but rather make a good party to a fine American guy and go th the States with him I've spent more than 4 years actively looking on EM and other sites, but my odds were rather slim.

I remember those days well.  All the babes wearing baby oil with their tri-fold-out reflectors fully deployed to scientifically increase their tans and sex-appeal.

I'd spend whole summers on the beach and seldom even used Coppertone (spf3).

Finally when I was 21, I read all about what the sun could do and have limited my exposure ever since with high SPF's and light clothing but I know I did some damage when I was in my teens--can't see it but I know its there somewhere.

I couple years later I lived in southern FL and CA and I had never previously seen so many older women with sun damaged skin and I was sure that when younger they were beauties but the sun aged them prematurely.

Lilly, was referring to Western men. I think EM was your problem.  But you mentioned in the past you have very high standards as well.  Not sure you will find what your looking for in USA or Canada but wish you well. 

Have fun in Toronto.  I have many relatives there and go there periodically.  Grandmother was a Canadian citizen with more than 10 brother and sisters.  She and her sister were the only ones to leave Canada as the rest remained.

HAHAH.  This reminds me, I went and played a gig like two months ago and I went outside for a smoke (shhh, i say i dont smoke on my profile, but... i do when at shows)... and this couple tripped me out.  The guy was like a 70 year old italian dude, very friendly, very funny, from huntington beach.  The girl was a super sexy lady maybe in her 40s... I was impressed to say the least.

I started talking to her and she had an amazing personality with a very slight accent, I thought, maybe she's italian too???
