If her company has a US operation and employees making that trip back and forth regularly, it's a pretty good bet her company has arrangements with someone or some entity that regularly gets the visa process done. If her company is willing to to do that, my advice is to let them.

And then again her company might not want to get caught trying to pull a fast one. Their might be reprecussions if the Russians discover that it is really just to meet a potential boyfriend.
Maybe she can just feel out her bosses thoughts on the matter without tipping her hand or maybe honesty is the best policy.
Just my two cents worth.

I spoke to her yesterday about it and her boss is in India right now so when he gets back she will ask him.  If he says no then we will go the tourist route and see what happens.  With a little luck she will be here in May or I will be back there,  one or the other I guess..  Thanks again...
