Hello Manchester, Its Gary - yes i am still here, to read more on my story go to the thread named --> "BEST OF INTENSIONS -WORST OF INTENSIONS" in this scammer section.

To reply to the latest advise about the annulment, thank you to everyone, however Iowa law straight out does not allow annulments after 6 months. An annulment maybe would have made no difference as to whether Elena got her greencard or not. you see she would simply take the police report, a report for the hospital where she faked a heart attack, plus the report from the shelter and the advocates that helped her and simply submitt it to the vermont service center and get her greencard anyway, its the policy of the vermont ins service center to only look at the ladies evidence and not the mans, so even if i could prove this marrige was fake and had proof of and annulment the vermont service center would never look at it anyway.

To read how i feel about all of this go the the thread named {THANKS TO THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY AND THEIR FENINAZI'S} in this scammer section.

Hi there- sorry to hear about your trouble. I will differ with your last post in one regard. If you are successful in obtaining an annulment basd on fraud, USCIS will look at it both in the context of a battered spouse petition or in her future application for citizenship if she received her green card from you. If the underlying basis for status is fraudulent, then the benefit can not be granted.

I had a couple of cases like that a few years ago where the alien was trying to gain adjustment based on a subsequent marriage but the first marriage was annulled based on Fraud. THe service was very happy to deny the AOS.

Bill
