More than likely a typo or otherwise misspelled word that was translated by the computer as vein. If you really want to know, you would be better off posting the complete Russian sentence with this snippet in context.

My RW is far from fluent in English, yet she is striving to learn.  With her thirst I hear strange words every day.  For example, she told me frequently, "I love you Elvis."   ???

My nickname is not Elvis and I don't look like Elvis.  Her statement came at special moments that I would not interrupt in an attempt to get a better understanding.   

It took a while, yet I finally understood what she meant.  She will love me "always."    We now laugh about it.

Well, of course if you translated that, you should have given us the original Russian sentence. I really doubt, that it was literally "to have...", starting with the infinitive in the middle of a letter. Anyway, I do have one guess, one of translations of the word "vein" is "жила", which means both "vein" and "lived" in Russian, depending on the word's stress. So if to forget about this strange "to", it will mean "I have to live/lived with you in the house". Anyway, it's just a guess, you'll never find the original meaning without the original Russian sentence.

Nat is right,  i just tested it on 2 online translators, this one here http://translation2.paralink.com/ translates "i lived with you in a house" (я с тобой жила в доме) as "I with you a vein in the house", google translate, however, got the same sentence correctly as lived in a house, so maybe better start using google translate

However, sometimes paralink gives better translation of a particular word than does google.  So in reality, we often need to use 2 or more translators go get the correct sense.  And sometimes we must finally come here and ask what the correct translation is!  :-)

If you want a single word translation, then dictionary is the way to go, this one below is the best one i've seen. Translators are meant for text, they suck at single word.

I have lost the email, but thank you (and others here) very much for trying.  I think it simply means to live together, or possibly to have a child together, since we were discussing that.
