               Wow! I knew it was bad, but not that bad. Also interesting to see the level of corruption list which put Ukraine at number 134 and Russia, even more corrupt at number 154 of a total of 178 countries. http://www.transparency.org/policy_research/surveys_indices/cpi/2010/results
